During the day guests can enjoy a delightful lunch or snack from our BBQ menu. We house smoke daily and our BBQ platters are regarded amongst the best in town.
The Signature Dish
The Burnt Ends Sandwich is our signature dish and is quite literally the talk of the town. We slowly smoke the Point End of the Brisket for up to 10 hours before coating with our tangy Chocolate & Coffee BBQ Sauce. We then put it back into the smoker to crisp up. The Burnt Ends are served on a Potato roll with house made pickles – simply delicious.
If you don’t feel like beef, try our ‘Hot Chix’ Buffalo Chicken, Moreton Bay Bug or ‘Fat Pig’ Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
New to the Smokehouse – Wellington Wednesday is on every week for just $45pp. Choose between Black Angus Beef Tenderloin Wellington, Free Range Spanish Pork Wellington or Tasmanian Salmon Wellington served with Unlimited Fries & Salad.

On the first Tuesday of every month, the Argyle Smokehouse & Butchery hosts sausage making classes.
The evening will include a tour of the butchery, kitchen & dry-aging facilities followed by your sausage making class, your sausages will then be cooked for you along with mash, peas and onion gravy. You will receive complimentary drinks throughout the night and 1kg of sausages to take home (retail value of $20).
