The Private Dining
The Butcher’s Table is a setting reserved for unique private dining experiences for groups of 8+ with our Chef Ryan. Bring your own beer, wine and champagne and indulge in a divine five-course meal showcasing your very own dry-aged beef primal.
The menu includes a variety of Australian Seafood and Smokehouse specialties, with a center piece of dry-aged beef which will be set aside and dry-aged specifically for your group prior to the event. This will be on display on the night before being carved, cooked and served in the fourth “Steakhouse Style” course.
