Private Dining

Chef Ryan comes into his own when the Butchery closes to host private dinner parties. Bring your own beer, wine and champagne and enjoy your very own dry-aged beef primal which has been trimmed, butchered and cooked to perfection as part of a divine five-course meal.

The way our private dining experience works is by you purchasing a Dry-Aged Beef Primal from our online store Here at least 21 days prior to your event. This is your deposit for the dinner, and will be deducted from your final bill on the evening. Once you have paid your deposit, we will contact you to organise the rest! We will find an available date and time for your event, discuss the five-course menu and any special requests you have for the evening. We will also send through a copy of the menu and our pricing package.

The Dry Aged Beef

Purchase your beef in advance so we can custom dry age it to your liking. We recommend at least 21 days in the aging room. However, always contact us to see if we currently have any beef dry-aging that we can provide at shorter notice.
