Experience

Within the Argyle Smokehouse & Butchery is The Butcher’s Table, a setting reserved for unique private dining experiences with our Chef Ryan. Bring your own beer, wine and champagne and indulge in a divine five-course meal showcasing your very own dry-aged beef primal.

To host your own private dinner party, email us for availability and pricing. Once we’ve set a date, purchase a Dry-Aged Beef Primal for the event from our online store. This purchase is your deposit for the evening, and will be deducted from your final bill on the night. Once you have paid your deposit, we will contact you to organise the rest!

The primal you choose will be set aside and slowly dry-aged leading up to your event. This will be on display for your group at the start of the night before being carved, cooked and served as part of the main course.
